This final assignment from Stage 3 helps us finalise our area analysis shortlist from Stage 2 and gets us thinking about our financial requirements for Stage 4.

In an ideal world we would have this information at the end of Stage 2, but the process isn’t always linear and sometimes we need to make forward progress to understand things like average purchase prices and end values before we can return to our area analysis and finalise our decisions.
